Do I ever need to come into the office?
No. Everything can be done online, from the first meeting onward. You're always welcome to drop by in Devon if you prefer.
How do I send you my documents?
Through our secure client portal. You upload files from your phone or computer, and they're filed straight into your account. There's no need to email attachments.
Who will I be dealing with?
Melanie or Darrell, with support from our team. You'll know who's looking after your file.
What are your hours?
Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We're closed Friday to Sunday, but you can upload documents to the portal any time.
